Items purchased at can be returned or refunded within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. If 15 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please include a copy of your invoice/packing slip with the reason for return written on the back of it.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used items
  • Items for which more than 15 days have elapsed from receipt of delivery.
  • Items without a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for exchange. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item only. To report receipt of a damaged or defective item, contact us at or through the "contact us" section of our website.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The original shipping and handling charge is not refunded. If you receive a refund, the refund is ONLY for the product being returned.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Serendipity Craft Boutique is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. No refunds will be issued for returns lost in transit.

You are recommended to use an insured and traceable delivery method. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
